Today after a long day of work, I got off the train just feeling exhausted,dejected, and cold. As I turned to walk home, I was greeted by my favorite "NYC style" Christmas lights where they mummify trees covering every inch with lights. I had seen them prepping before Thanksgiving so I knew it was coming, but to have them on tonight really brightened my spirits. Seriously, every night getting to walk home through this made life that much better!!

Mummifying trees sounds mean though. I think it's better to think of the lights as the tree's sparkly party dress.
