Belfast.

This week our hotel is right downtown which is good BUT there is no breakfast and no fridges which really sucks especially since we are dealing with pounds this week. I am rooming with little Alex which should be fun. The days off I will have the room to myself though because he is going to Disneyland Paris since he missed out when we were there.

I am enjoying Belfast thus far. I really like Ireland as a whole. We walked around and I passed the Europa Hotel where many shootings happened back when Northern Ireland was having all there problems. There used to be a six foot wall built to separate the Catholic and Protestant sides back then! Across from the Europa is the Crown Bar which is the most ornate bar I think I’ve ever seen. It is a little over the top but it is so unique so I liked it.

I sat outside the city hall with Mauricio and Adrienne for awhile. Next to city hall is another big ferris wheel. I have seen so many of them here in Europe. There is the London Eye, as well as wheels in Manchester, Paris, Lyon, Lille, and Marseilles.
