Today I got to make Sushi! Keiji hosted a Make Your Own Sushi Party which was so friggin fun. I don’t even really like sushi just because I don’t like fish and especially the whole raw thing but he had lots of other options for making vegetarian ones. I made them with different combos of avocado, carrot, cucumber, spinach, cream cheese, and egg. My first one was not so pretty but each time I got better and by my third one I was a pro. It was so fun making them I wanted to make more but was too stuffed to eat any others.
